Privacy Notice

VerifyForged processes information needed to support a dealership transaction, including contact details, application and vehicle information, government-identification details, documents, consent records, workflow activity, and staff review history.

When an identity check is requested, the information processed may include images of a government-issued ID, an image or video used for a selfie and liveness check, extracted document data, device and session information, and biometric data derived from the submitted images.

We use information to provide the requested identity check, organize transaction evidence, return review signals to the authorized dealership, protect the service, support customers, maintain audit records, and meet contractual and legal obligations.

VerifyForged does not use an identity-check result to make a credit decision. The authorized dealership remains responsible for its transaction and review decisions.

VerifyForged uses Jumio Corporation to perform document authenticity, selfie comparison, and liveness services. Jumio may collect, process, and share personal information, including biometric data, to provide those services under its agreement with VerifyForged and applicable law.

Information is shared only with the dealership or organization responsible for the transaction, service providers working on VerifyForged’s behalf, and other parties when required to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request. We do not sell identity-check images or biometric data.

Records are retained only for the period needed to provide the service, support the transaction, satisfy contractual requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security and audit history, and comply with applicable law. Retention periods may differ by record type and customer agreement.

Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information may be submitted to the contact below. We may need to verify the requester’s identity and may retain information when required by law or a valid business obligation.

VerifyForged uses access controls, tenant and store boundaries, encryption, audit logging, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so suspected misuse should be reported promptly.
