These terms govern access to and use of VerifyForged, a product of EchoVerse Security Corp.

By accessing VerifyForged or starting an identity check, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
Using VerifyForged
VerifyForged supports authorized dealership and customer workflows for transaction intake, identity checks, document review, discrepancy handling, and operational handoff. You may use the service only for lawful, authorized transactions and must provide accurate information.
Identity-check authorization
When you begin an identity check, you authorize VerifyForged and its identity-verification service provider, Jumio Corporation, to collect, process, and share the government ID images, selfie, biometric data, and related transaction information needed to perform the requested check. You must review the Privacy Notice and provide the affirmative authorization shown in the product before capture begins.
Human review
Identity results, document signals, and risk indicators are decision-support information. They do not guarantee identity, prove fraud, or make a credit decision. The dealership or organization responsible for the transaction must review the available evidence and make its own authorized decisions.
Account and access responsibilities
Staff accounts are for authorized individual users. Users must protect their sign-in credentials, work only within their assigned tenant, store, and role, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Customers must use only the secure transaction access provided for them.
Acceptable use
You may not use VerifyForged for passive surveillance, facial identification outside a consented transaction, unlawful discrimination, unauthorized credit decisions, impersonation, credential theft, interference with the service, or access to another organization’s data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but identity checks may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, camera permissions, unsupported devices, or third-party service interruptions. We may update the service and these terms as operations, law, or security requirements change.
Ownership
VerifyForged, VERIS™, product designs, software, and related materials are owned by EchoVerse Security Corp. or its licensors. These terms permit use of the service; they do not transfer ownership of the product or its technology.
